Apple Pie Filling Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine , hard seltzer and spirits. This flavor has apple notes as well as the typical spice notes used in apple pie. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.75%. This flavor is TTB approved.

Amaretto is a delicious liqueur from Italy made from almond and apricot kernels. It has a rich, velvety almond-like flavor. Our Amaretto Type, Natural Flavor Blend captures the flavor of this popular liqueur and is ideal for ice cream, gelato and other frozen desserts. We recommend a starting use level of 0.40%, or 0.57 ounce per 1 gallon (144 ozs.) ice cream base.
