Blood Orange Italian Extract, Natural (Tarocco Varietal) (New Product)

There are multiple varieties of Blood Oranges that grow in Southern Italy. When the fruit is processed for juice and oil, the varieties are often mixed. This extract is made exclusively from the Tarocco variety, which is considered among the finest and results in an exquisite tasting extract suitable for any ice cream, gelato or other frozen dessert specialty. We recommend a starting use level of 0.60% or 1 ounce per gallon (144 ounces) of ice cream base.
