Cherry Syrup Marasca Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in ice cream, gelato and other frozen dessert specialties. It has a sweet, tart profile typical of the candied, sour cherries steeped in syrup. We recommend a starting use level of 0.60% or 1 oz. per gallon (144 ounces) of ice cream base.

Cherry Syrup Marasca Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains ethyl alcohol, glycerin, water, and natural flavor and triethyl citrate.
