French Vanilla Type Extract Clear, Natural & Artificial can be used in baked goods and other applications requiring a clear and colorless water soluble French vanilla flavor. In addition to vanilla it contains hazelnut and spice notes such as anise and cassia. This flavor will not discolor pure white buttercream. In your typical cake or cookie recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix.

We recommend a starting use level of 3.00% on light to medium roast beans and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In RTD coffee start at 0.30%.
