Many craft distillers depend on Apex Flavors for high impact flavors for use in their spirits and liqueurs. Traditionally, distilled spirits were flavored using botanicals, spices and herbs. Using our TTB approved, water soluble flavors dramatically improves finished product consistency and reduces costs. Manufacturing is streamlined by eliminating the time needed to infuse ingredients. We offer clear and colorless and clear and near colorless chocolate, maple, berry, orchard fruit and chili flavors for use in clear neutral spirits. We will formulate proprietary flavors to meet specific customer requirements.

Whoopie Pie Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) was developed for use in spirits and other alcoholic beverages. In most alcoholic beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In spirits start at 0.50%. This flavor does not require an artificial flavor ingredient designation when used in most alcoholic beverages and is TTB approved.

Chocolate Coconut Type, Natural (Oil Soluble) was developed for use in CBD edibles tinctures and other products requiring oil soluble flavors. This flavor works equally well in products using full spectrum or isolate. We recommend a starting use level of 1.00%. Depending on the quality and dosage of full spectrum or isolate in your tincture, your final use level could be as high as 3.00%.
