Amaretto is a delicious liqueur from Italy made from almond and apricot kernels. It has a rich, velvety almond-like flavor and aroma. Our Amaretto Type, Natural & Artificial (Oil Soluble) was developed for use in a wide range of confectionery products including chocolates, hard candy and fat based fillings. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
