Cinnamon Quill Flavor, Natural (Oil Soluble) was developed for use in seasonings where a water-soluble alternative might cause caking. This flavor is also suitable for use in cooking oils and other high-fat food applications. For olive oil, we recommend a starting use level of 0.40%, which can be adjusted until the desired impact is achieved. For seasoning applications, we suggest starting at 0.20%.
