Mandarin Italian Extract, Natural (Tardivo Di Ciaculli Varietal)
There are a number of varieties of mandarin that grow in Southern Italy. These are often mixed when the fruit is harvested and processed to recover juice and oil. This extract is made exclusively from the exquisite Tardivo Di Ciaculli varietal of Mandarin. This mandarin extract can be used in most alcoholic beverage. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% and adjust to taste.
