Our Jalapeno Flavor, Natural & Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) was developed for use in beer, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.25% in beer depending on the style, desired flavor impact and heat. This extract has approximately 7,500 Scoville Heat Units. At a level of 0.10% it will impart 75 Scoville, which is a medium heat level.

This extract is propylene glycol free and TTB approved and does not require an artificial flavor label declaration when used in beer, wine and spirits.
