Juniper Berry is best known as the predominant flavor in gin. Our Juniper Berry Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including, beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level for this propylene glycol free, TTB approved flavor in alcoholic beverages of 0.10% to 0.40%. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. We also offer a complete gin flavor our Gin Type, Natural Flavor Blend.
