Pure Ginger Extract, Natural

Our Pure Ginger Extract, Natural has a clean, fresh, ginger root flavor without pungency. This extract can be used in alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine & spirits). We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverage applications. This extract is not water dispersible and will result in a slight haze in most beverage applications. If a water soluble extract is required we recommend our Ginger Juice Type Extract, Natural (SC-Item 5988BEV).
