Pure Cilantro Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of applications including baked goods, sauces and dressings. This propylene glycol free extract captures the flavor and aroma of the fresh herb. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In most sauce and dressing applications we would recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to taste.
