We get a lot of compliments about this maple flavor, which tastes like real maple syrup. This propylene glycol free flavor can be used for a wide range of baked goods, beverages and ice cream. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In still beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% and adjust to taste. This flavor works well to mask the flavor of proteins and other off notes in nutritional and functional beverages.
