Chocolate Dark Bitter Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in RTD coffee and whole bean applications requiring a water soluble dark, bitter chocolate flavor. In coffee we recommend a starting use level 0.30% and beans 3.00%. Adjust to desired impact is achieved.
