Chicory Root Roasted Extract, Natural (Chicorium intybus)

Our Chicory Root Roasted Extract, Natural (Chicorium intybus) is a hydro-alcoholic extraction of the roasted root. The extract has a coffee-like flavor with woody and nutty notes. Chicory can be a stand alone flavor or used as a modifier for coffee and mocha flavors. In most beverage applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
