Cubeb Pepper Extract, Natural (Piper cubeb) has a flavor similar to black pepper but is more aromatic with allspice-like notes and some pungency. This extract could be used in a wide range of food and beverage applications requiring a black pepper note. We recommend a staring use level of 0.10% to 0.50% in most applications.
