Dandelion Root Extract, Natural (Taxacum officinale)

Dandelion root extract is believed to have positive effects on the digestive and immune systems and help balance blood sugar levels. It has traditionally been used in aperitifs and digestives to soothe minor digestive ailments and improve the appetite. This extract has a rich, earthy flavor which is slightly bitter. We recommend a starting use level of 0.50% in most beverage applications and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
