Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is a small citrus fruit, which grows primarily in Southern Italy. It is grown for its essential oil, which is contained in the peel, and is used in Earl Grey tea. In most low proof alcoholic beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.

Pure Bergamot Extract, Natural contains ethyl alcohol, water and bergamot oil. This extract is sugar and gluten-free.
