  Apex Flavors offers over 200 extracts and flavors formulated for beer. Brewers throughout North America use Apex flavors in some of their bestselling products. Our line includes citrus, spice and herb, berry, orchard fruit, melon, tropical, floral, nut, and sweet brown flavors for use in light, mid-profile and dark beers. Our flavors are kosher and TTB-approved; complete documentation, including FID sheets with TTB numbers, is available upon request.

  - Amaretto Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains <0.10% Artificial Top Note)
  - Amaretto is a delicious liqueur from Italy made from almond and apricot kernels. It has a rich, velvety almond-like flavor and aroma. Our Amaretto Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains <0.10% Artificial Top Note) can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits. In most alcoholic beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% and 0.40%. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved and does not require an artificial flavor label declaration when used in alcoholic beverages.
