Ginger Juice Type Extract, Natural can be used to impart the flavor of cold pressed ginger juice to alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. In beer, cider and wine, we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In spirits start at 0.30%.
