Pure Sage Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of beverage applications including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverage applications. In beer, cider and wine start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
