Pure Spearmint Extract, Natural

Pure Spearmint Extract, Natural has a wonderful, sweet, minty flavor and aroma. It is what to use when a recipe calls for "mint" extract. Sweeter than peppermint, it does not impart the cooling sensation characteristic of peppermint. It can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% in most low proof applications and adjust to taste. In high proof spirits start 0.50%.
