Prickly Pear Type, Natural Flavor Blend captures the flavor of the popular cactus. This flavor can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% in most applications. In beer start at 0.20% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
