Gin Extract Lavender Twist, Natural is predominantly juniper berry with lavender and citrus notes. In 80 proof grain neutral spirits we recommend a starting use level of 0.50% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. While developed for use in high proof spirits, this flavor can also be used in a wide range of other applications including beer, cider and wine. This extract is TTB approved.
