Our Pure Mint Extract, Natural is made using a blend of spearmint and peppermint. This extract is very popular among brewers desiring the flavor of mint with just a touch of the cooling aspect typical of peppermint. In beer and cider, we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to taste. In spirits start at 1.00%. This extract is TTB approved.
