Pure Clove Extract, Natural can be used to impart subtle or intense spicy notes to spiced wine and cider. It can be used alone or in combination with vanilla and other extracts. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
