Dragon Fruit was made popular in the United States as a result of Smart Water using it in one of its products. The fruit has a flavor similar to Kiwifruit. Our flavor can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level in most of these applications of 0.10% to 0.40%. In beer and cider start at 0.10% And adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
