Grown exclusively in Southern Italy, the Primo Fiore variety is considered one of the best tasting. Our Lemon Italian Extract (Prima Fiore Varietal) has a soft, floral and sweet profile which compliments hard seltzer and lighter styles of beer such as saisons, cream ales, blonde ales and Belgian whits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. This flavor is TTB approved.
